With a deep passion for plants and a strong commitment to both aesthetic and ecological principles, she creates imaginative, tailored garden designs that reflect each client’s needs and lifestyle.
Her expertise has been showcased on BBC’s DIY SOS: The Big Build, and her portfolio includes projects across the UK and internationally. In 2025, Mia was awarded a Silver-Gilt medal at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show for her design of the Harkness Roses Garden.
Mia’s design philosophy embraces striking contrasts—between structure and spontaneity, the natural and the man-made. She uses texture, form, and colour to craft visually rich, dynamic spaces. Every project begins with a thoughtful response to the site’s architecture, surroundings, and the people who will use it. Through balance, harmony, rhythm, and movement, Mia designs outdoor environments that are not only beautiful but deeply livable.
